Yes, within about 5 km of the store pickup and delivery are free on every order. Between 5 and 10 km they are free on orders above ₹499; smaller orders pay a ₹49 fee. We do not serve addresses beyond 10 km yet.

Pickup slots run from 10 AM to 11 PM: 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–5 PM, 5–7 PM, 7–9 PM and 9–11 PM. You can book up to 7 days ahead, and a slot closes one hour before it starts. Our rider calls you before arriving.
Prices are per piece. For example, a shirt costs ₹120 for dry cleaning, ₹85 for premium laundry and ₹30 for steam press; a cotton saree is ₹200 for dry cleaning; carpets are ₹60 per square foot for dry cleaning. The full list is on the Pricing page.
You tell us roughly what you are sending. At pickup we check and count every piece, then confirm the final bill. Some items, such as wedding dresses, designer sarees and bags, have a price range that depends on the piece; for those we confirm the exact price after seeing it.
You pay on delivery, by cash or by UPI. We do not take card details on the website or in the app.
Yes. The My Orders page shows each step: pickup scheduled, picked up, cleaning, ready, out for delivery and delivered. We also send you a WhatsApp message at each step. You can cancel there any time before pickup. After pickup, please call the store.
We use your name, phone number and address only to collect, clean and return your clothes. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details and for how to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted.
